Adventures in Beltar
After receiving a letter from the mayor of Lakutata, part of the Protectorate of the Tollin Empire in the lands of Beltar, it didn’t take you long to scrape the last coins from your purse and find a ship that would bring you there. From the little information the letter revealed, it didn’t sound like an all too difficult task: kill some bandits, get rid of some vermin, find some lost items… those kind of things. And all that for a surprisingly generous reward!
There was one odd thing about the letter. After unfolding it, a torn piece of paper fell at your feet. The writing didn’t make any sense and it felt as if it was added to the letter in a hurry, by someone other than the mayor himself…
